Welcome to LHLK! Our integrated onboarding programme gives you a chance to get to know every aspect of the agency and everyone who works there. We’ll guide you through your responsibilities step by step. Your mentor will show you your new working environment and answer any questions you may have, even after your first day. Once or twice a year, we’ll sit down with you to look at your personal development compass, make plans for the future and guide your growth.

All work and no play? Not with us. That’s why you get 27 days of paid annual leave, as well as an additional day off in your birthday month (we call it “FeierDICHTag”). The first step is a formality. We’ll let you know we’ve received your application. Then it’s time for you to play the waiting game while we go over your application. Usually, the next step involves getting to know each other digitally. If we both like what we see, we’ll suggest a second interview at the agency. Someone from the Management Board may decide to join you at your interview, depending on the position you’re applying for. So we won’t be making the decision alone. Once we’re convinced (and once you’re convinced), we’ll send you a contract.

The most important thing is to get to know you in person. You might get a test from us or a problem to solve to see your skills in action – and to let you know what we expect of you. As for trick questions and gotcha moments, we’ll leave those to the others.
