Growth

We foster personal development. For more freedom. More responsibility. And new perspectives.

Whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience under your belt, we work with you to chart a personal path at LHLK that combines your strengths and interests with our goals for the agency.

Internal and external training programmes, as well as opportunities to learn from colleagues and experts, round off the experience you gain on the job and support your growth.

Benefits

Do your earnings stop with your salary? Not with us. Real appreciation needs more than money. LHLK offers more than 50 further training programmes a year, 60% mobile working, 3 weeks of workation, team events and freedom that enables you to lead yourself in a team-oriented and independent manner.

Come & grow

Welcome to LHLK! Our integrated onboarding programme gives you a chance to get to know every aspect of the agency and everyone who works there. We’ll guide you through your responsibilities step by step. Your mentor will show you your new working environment and answer any questions you may have, even after your first day. Once or twice a year, we’ll sit down with you to look at your personal development compass, make plans for the future and guide your growth.

Work & stay

We combine the best of digital and non-digital work, offering you a flexible work week with an optimal IT connection for your remote setup. Take advantage of two top-notch offices in the heart of Berlin and Munich, as well as up to 15 days’ workation in the EU country of your choice for a fresh perspective. We provide the perfect mix of focused tasks, creative freedom and mutual appreciation as part of a team that works hand-in-hand with clients. Always.

Learn & know

Continuing professional trainings give you new tools and keeps you up to date, with in-house events like our Learning and Writing Hours or external seminars hosted by our training partners Coverdale and Martina van der Veer. Tailored options are also available to match your knowledge, outlook, personal strengths and interests – all with the support of your personal mentor. The result? Structures, processes and tools that equip you for the future.

Relax & unwind

All work and no play? Not with us. That’s why you get 27 days of paid annual leave, as well as an additional day off in your birthday month (we call it “FeierDICHTag”). After three years, you’ll be entitled to 30 days of paid annual leave. And after four years, you can take advantage of our sabbatical programme for new energy, new inspiration and new ideas.

Commute & chill

Fancy an electric or standard bicycle to help you get to work? Then take advantage of our generous financing offers for two-wheelers. Stay fit while getting to and from the office in style and showing the world that eco-friendly mobility is the right choice for our clients and for us. Also, what kind of agency would we be if we didn’t have a table tennis table where you and your colleagues could let off steam during your lunch break?

Celebrate & rejoice

Whether it’s over after-work drinks, at creative agency get-togethers or to mark staff anniversaries, we know how to party. Sometimes casually, sometimes glamorously, always voluntarily, and quite often truly legendary.

FAQ

Applying for a job is exciting. But it can also be stressful – for everyone involved. That’s why it’s important to know what awaits you, what you expect, and what we expect before you take your first step. Check out our FAQs for answers to your biggest questions.

What should I include in my application?

Show us what makes you tick, what moves you and what you expect. Your CV is a great way to make a good first impression. Think about whether it makes sense to include a cover letter, references or samples of your work. Email your application to us at karriere@lhlk.de or use our application form.

What happens after I apply?

The first step is a formality. We’ll let you know we’ve received your application. Then it’s time for you to play the waiting game while we go over your application. Usually, the next step involves getting to know each other digitally. If we both like what we see, we’ll suggest a second interview at the agency. Someone from the Management Board may decide to join you at your interview, depending on the position you’re applying for. So we won’t be making the decision alone. Once we’re convinced (and once you’re convinced), we’ll send you a contract.

What happens at the job interview?

The most important thing is to get to know you in person. You might get a test from us or a problem to solve to see your skills in action – and to let you know what we expect of you. As for trick questions and gotcha moments, we’ll leave those to the others.

I still haven’t found the right vacancy. What should I do?

Should I just wait for the right opportunity? Or leave it all up to chance? No need! Just send us your application. If we like what we see, we’ll add you to our talent pool and get in touch as soon as the right opportunity opens up for you.
